2nd Degree Black Belt

Mary started Choi Kwang Do when she was six years old. She trained for six years and received her first-degree black belt and became an Assistant Instructor. When she turned twelve years old she took a long break to play softball and basketball at Marietta High School and went away to Young Harris College with a scholarship for Softball. She graduated with an Associates Degree in Science and is now continuing her education at Reinhardt College to obtain a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education.

She is now back into Choi Kwang Do and with hard work and dedication she attained the rank of 2nd Degree Black Belt and head instructor in 2007 and in February of 2008 she transferred from Choi Kwang Do Headquarters to the Cartersville school.
