Lou

Louis Cipra is originally from Chicago IL, he now resides in Cartersville Georgia. Lou is currently working on a business degree at Reinhardt College. During the day he serves his community as Lieutenant at the Cherokee Co. Sheriff’s Office to which he has over twelve years of service. Lou has a wife Roxane and four children, Chaz, Tyler, Emily and Louie. Lou says "In the short time I have been taking Choi I have noticed an improvement in my cardio, stamina, tranquility, balance and I enjoy the extra family time". Lou's hobbies include reading, working out, basketball, football, baseball, and going to college games. Lou also likes spending time with his family, going to movies, classic R&B, soul, and rock-n-roll music. Lou has said he plans on continuing his training in Choi Kwang Do for the rest of his life.
